Rainbow is definitely sending us mixed messages about Roxy. Yes, I talk about her a lot, but who she will be to the Winx Club really has me curious. It’s one of the biggest mysteries of this season…or I could be over-thinking everything. I do that lot.
I made a list of evidence I’ve found for and against Roxy as the seventh Winx.
FOR:
-She earned her Believix, making her the only non-Winx fairy to gain a high-level form like the Winx did. If she wasn’t meant to be a Winx, why would Rainbow give her a Believix form in the first place?
-She was at Aquafan’s Winx Club Day, which framed her as a part of the group.

-Bloom tells her, “From now on, you’re one of us,” in episode nine, “Nebula.”
-In episode two, “L’Albero della Vita” (The Tree of Life), Bloom promises the pixies that the Winx will bring back the Last Fairy on Earth. Chatta says that means another pixie will get to bond. If that happens, Roxy will be the only non-Winx fairy we’ve seen with a bonded pixie.
-An Italian magazine article mentioned “a new and wonderful friendship” (una nuova e meravigliosa amicizia) with Roxy. What does that mean?

AGAINST:
-Roxy’s Believix is boring compared to the other girls’ forms. (It’s even plainer in the series since she doesn’t have the paw prints on her wings.) That could be a way to separate her from them, since the Winx are very stylish.
-The narrator started the episode fourteen preview with the line, “Six Winx and Roxy…” (le sei Winx e Roxy).
